Elgin Energy EsCo Ltd. is seeking to develop a solar PV and battery energy storage project on Lands owned in and around Chapelcross, Annan DG12 6RF. 

The development will occupy approximately 478 acres of agricultural land and is located at Lands owned in and around Chapelcross, Annan DG12 6RF. This website has been created as part of the pre-planning process in order to allow for comments and feedback from interested parties before the planning application is submitted.
